Sacred Senses Yoga & Soundbath with Avatara Levine

Ava will guide us through deep, long-hold stretches and incorporate sensory healing tools, including tuning forks, aromatherapy, crystals, and light therapy to enhance our experience. We will conclude with a sound bath journey featuring gongs, bowls, vocals, flute, chimes, drums, and more. This multi-modality healing approach can facilitate profound releases in both the body and mind.

No prior yoga experience is necessary. All ages and fitness abilities welcome!
